    Right, I forgot that they stack with normal stat boosts and can't be removed/copied/etc. That does make them substantially better than "normal" stat boosts, so paying 5% for them is probably fine.     Tournament, event, and quest battles, pretty much. When you make your own challenges, you can set the rules to be basically whatever you want, so e.g. if you're okay with your opponent using a Mega even though you don't have one, it's totally fine.
